JACK'S BACK!

And a big welcome to Jack Butler of Swan Hill, who's been coming to Sweers since before the resort officially opened! Jack and son Graham flew to Sweers in the familiar Mid Murray Flying Club aircraft, and during the week they managed a nice haul of fish including these Salmon:

Jack brought us up some lovely fruit from his commercial orchard, also some delicious plum jam from his wife Thelma (she's been to Sweers a few times too) - so we put them together for one of our ABC recipe presentations - you can download the "Plum Toasties" recipe if you click on this link: http://www.abc.net.au/northqld/stories/s1638162.htm 

Some other regulars, Harold & Glenis Cislowski, from Ayr, Queensland, are also here on their annual pilgrimage. Last year Glenis caught a magnificent Scarlet Sea Perch on Mothers' Day - but this year it is Harold's turn - check out his Spanish Mackerel - one of the first of the season:
