GRAMS GROUP BACK AGAIN

The first of several planned trips this year, the Grams boys are back in action - here is a nice mixed bag from a day on the water...

Glen and the boys with a niced mixed bag...

One morning was a bit windy, so the guys went exploring...

                                                                                    Hmmm....what do we do now?

Hmmm, a mug of coffee, a Leatherman tool, a lot of rocks....and - hidden in the shadows - a coconut! And three hungry explorers... will they crack the code?

careful you don't cut the wrong nut! (What is it with Pilots and Leatherman Tools?!?!?!)

Fortunately, Lilly the dog, who is an expert at de-husking coconuts, showed the guys how to do it and soon they were happily munching on fresh coconut...

Success and some lovely fresh coconut!

Meanwhile, back at the filleting table, there was work to be done...

Filleting the catch...

Just another day on Sweers Island!

And here are the guys cooking fresh fish for brekky...

You dont get fresher that this!

Well, this is the fish to beat now, guys, at 10.5 kilos this is the biggest Spanish Mackerel caught so far this year with plenty of time still left in the Mackerel 'Season' for you to have a chance at beating this magnificent fish caught last night (May 24) by Mick Davies, of Sweers Island...
