Here's Nadia's brother Sheldon, with a couple of nice fish of his own...

That's a couple of nice Scarlet Sea Perch on the left, and on the right, a big Queenie (Giant Leatherskin) that Sheldon caught off the beach, and which we later smoked for lunch...)

For the reds, Sheldon used Shimano Raider 'Barra Mauler' rod and a Shimano Calcutta 200B reel, and the lure was a 'Berkeley Gulp' 3" Mackerel Poggy plastic. The Queenie was caught on a handline with 80bl breaking strain line and it put up quite a fight!

The story behind this photo?... Well, Nadia hooked the Trout...the monster Cod came up behind it and snapped at the bait...both fish got swung inboard...but these big Cod are the breeders, so the guys got their photo, put it back in the water and released it to live another day. Well done, guys!
