Tariff Our overnight tariff for 2011 is AuD$330 per person, per night: which includes accommodation, all meals, boat, fuel, bait, and handline tackle. Day visitors are welcome, contact us for details and availability.
Approaching Sweers from Karumba... Relax in the warm Gulf waters...
Accommodation There are three comfortable cabins with three single beds, one four-bed cabin, one two-bed cabin and two cabins each with six single beds. There is a separate toilet and shower block. Meals are provided at the bar/dining complex and lunches can be packed for those who wish to stay out fishing over lunch. A cooked breakfast, a buffet lunch, and a three-course dinner are provided. The Lodge has a licensed bar with a good range of beers, spirits, and wines available. New - The recent local Government changes mean that we are now part of the Mornington Shire and therefore we are subject to the alcohol restrictions of that Shire. Our airstrip is not included in our licensed area and it has now become an offence to possess alcohol on the airstrip. The maximum penalty for a first offence is $37,500.00 so we suggest that you do not try to bring in alcohol in your aircraft. We have a fully licensed bar with a good range of wines, and we also stock souvenirs, basic fishing tackle, lures, and general supplies like sunscreen etc. We keep our prices reasonable and equivalent to mainland prices.
